Best Friends

This piece was inspired by a beautiful Jeff Simpson painting. He titled his piece “best friends” and I felt that it was a perfectly endearing name for this haunting scene. I like to think that this woman has a deep connection with her chimp. 
I learned so much through the creation of this project and I love it for that reason. I owe so much of what I’ve learned to my teachers and all the amazing friends I’ve made at Gnomon School of VFX. I want to specifically thank my instructors Tran Ma and Miguel Ortega for the dedication and effort they both make towards their students success. Could not have done it without Tran's knowledge through the texturing 4 class and her invaluable support.
